　　中新网北京10月11日电 (记者梁晓辉)中国外交部发言人汪文斌11日主持例行记者会。有记者就澳大利亚籍人员成蕾被国家安全机关依法执行驱逐出境进行提问。

　　汪文斌：关于你提到的相关问题，中方有关部门已经发布了消息稿，大家可以查阅。

　　北京市第二中级人民法院经开庭审理，以为境外非法提供国家秘密罪，判处成蕾有期徒刑2年11个月，附加驱逐出境。成蕾在服刑期满后被北京市国家安全局依法执行驱逐出境。

　　这里我要强调的是，中国司法机关依法审理相关案件并作出判决，充分保障了当事人依法享有的各项权利，尊重并落实了澳方领事探视、获得通报等领事权。(完）
